Cleanoccur Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray or apply pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about whether a provider will be available, how fast they will respond, or how their work will turn out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.
