How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Cleanoccur Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Cleanoccur Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Cleanoccur Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also reach out to the agency that regulates pest control in Illinois.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@cleanoccur.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
